Abstract: The primary objective of the present study was, Effects of Specific newlineYogic Exercise to improve performance of Physical fitness components newlineamong Kabaddi and Wrestling Players. Investigator collected data from newline30 male kabaddi Player and 30 male Wrestling Player as an experimental newlinegroup and 30 male kabaddi Player and 30 male Wrestling Player as a newlinecontrol group their age ranged between 21-30 years. Participated in newlineAcademic year 2015 to 2017 Inter collegiate tournaments from Latur newlineDistrict was selected in the form of pre-test and post-test for present newlinestudy. The age of the subject was ranged between 21-30years. Only newlinetraining was given to the experimental groups. newlineFlexibility, Strength, Endurance Physical Fitness components and newlineAgility, Power, Balance, and Reaction time Performance Related newlineComponents was selected for in this study. In this study Suriyanamaskar, newlineTadasana, Trikonasana, Utkatansana, UtthitaParsvakonasana, Cakrasana, newlineYogaMudra, Paschimottanasana, ArdhaMatsyendrasana, Vajrasana, newlinePadmasan, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Dhanurasana, Naukasana newlineSarvangasana Halasana Savasana and Static stretching exercise were newlineselected to improve Physical Fitness and sports performance related newlinephysical fitness components. The data was analysis done using Mean. newlineStandard Deviation, and T- test and the level of significant were set up at newline0.05 level of confidence. The training programme was planned for 12 newlineweeks 5 days a week and 2 Repetition for each Asana and between 30 newlineRest. In the exercise session warm-up period were approximately 15 newlineminutes, included walking, jogging and combine calisthenics type newlinestretching exercises. For measuring Flexibility- Sit and Reach Was Used newline(cm), Muscular Strength -1 min. Bent Knees Sit-up was used, Muscular newlineEndurance 12 mi. Run and Walk was used power was measured by using newlinev newlineStanding Broad Jump test in Centimeters. Agility was evaluated by using newlineT Agility test(Sec.).The static balance was measured by using Brass Stick newlinetest(Sec), and finally Reaction time was measured by using the Nelson newlineHand and Foot Reac
