Annadatrcarita a citical study

Abstract

The present study Annad¡t¤carita: A Critical Study is an newlineattempt to analyze an epic related myth connected with history. The newlinedrama is based on the Mah¡bh¡rata and which related with a Sangam newlineperiod myth. Even though Annad¡t¤carita is only a royal praising, its newlineliterary style and dramatic structure is to be discussed and it is the newlinemost important feature of this drama. Though it could not achieve a newlinenotable position in the mainstream of the modern Kerala Sanskrit newlineliterature, it s historical and political dimensions are notable and these newlinedimensions are discussed in the present thesis. newline
