Abstract: newlineCloud Computing is a trending technology in the world of modern IT. This is a conversation topic newlinerecently. It is considered to be an upcoming and sought after technology of this decade. The cloud newlinecomputing is considered to be most upcoming technology in recent times. Millions of dollars invested newlineby large IT and service companies to develop the infrastructure and applications so that cloud newlinecomputing reaches the organizations and end users. The cloud computing has started to be used in all newlinedomains of business and can be put to use in the healthcare sector. The healthcare business process is newlinevery complex and diverse since it has to comply with HIPAA guidelines and simultaneously maintain newlinethe secrecy of patient s health records. There is a need to see how cloud computing can assist in newlinedecreasing the healthcare cost and also improving the healthcare services. The cloud computing can newlineplay a vital role in Indian healthcare sector. Since the cloud computing is evolving at a fast rate, the newlinehealth care sector needs to take advantage of it and move the healthcare process to cloud computing. newlineBy migrating to cloud computing the organization will benefit in terms of low cost, effective and newlineefficient health care delivery services to patient across India. Many hospitals are concerned of patient newlinedata protection and security issues still the migration to cloud environment in hospitals is on the newlinemove. The market would reach to $5.4 billion by 2017 as per Markets and Markets research. In this newlineresearch TOE and DOI model was taken into consideration and a research framework was developed newlinetaking the organization, technology, environment and other innovation characteristics. Data was newlinecollected from different professionals working in private as well as public hospitals in India. SEM newlineand Path analysis was used to validate the model using AMOS software. Supervised learning as well newlineas unsupervised learning was implemented in order to find the linear as well as non linear analysis in newlinepredicting the determinant for adopting cloud computing in hospitals. The road map provides a newlinecomplete path in implementing cloud computing in hospitals .This indicates that the cloud computing newlineapplication in healthcare will have a great potential and will be a big industry in coming times.
