Abstract: | During the last decades, there is no dearth of the work done on the evaluation of training, organizational learning, workplace learning, competencies etc. But, till date the work is done separately on competencies, or learning outcomes and that too more on the individual aspects, we have enhanced these models by the combination of the two factors i.e organizational learning orientations and organizational competencies with more focus on the organizational aspect. The purpose of this thesis is to develop an evaluation framework that will measure the organization learning and its effect on the organizational competencies and finally to test the implementation of model in 10 companies from 5 different sectors. newline |
