Abstract: The present study explored the teacher leadership style, and the teacher effectiveness newlineof secondary school teachers and demographic variables. This study can bring the newlinedevelopments in the class room teaching. This study will certainly help the teachers to newlineunderstand themselves and the areas which lead to effectiveness. Results and conclusion have newlinebeen drawn according to the data analysis and clarification. newlineQ 1. Mean value of government teacher in respect of leadership style is = 3.86 and newlinethe private teachers in respect of leadership style is =3.47 Where as standard newlinedeviation of government teacher in respect of leadership style is S.D.=0.92 and newlinestandard deviation of private teacher in respect of leader ship style is S.D. =1.212 and newlinethe value of Standard error =0.88 and Z score is 4.43 which is more than its table newlinevalue (1.96).. So null hypothesis is rejected and there is difference between leadership newlinestyle of Government and private school teachers. newlineThe result indicates that there is difference in the leadership style of Government newlineand Private school teachers and government school teachers have good newlineleadership style. This is supported in the result of statements 1,2,3,4,5,6 in which newlineGovernment school teachers agree more than the Private school teachers. They newlinetell students about expectations in teaching learning process, they are more newlineaccessible and allow more freedom to students to work according to their interest newlineand ways. This helps to create more democratic and conducive environment in newlinethe classroom. newline
