Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the enhancement of cognitive abilities among learning Disabled. The present research used before, after and follow-up experimental research design with waitlist control group. The participants were administered by Raven s Coloured Progressive Matrices, Delis Kaplan Executive Function System- Trial Making Test, Verbal Fluency, Design Fluency, Colour word Interference Test and Word Context Test. 60 participants were selected 30 participants were shortlisted to Experimental Group and 30 participants were shortlisted to Waitlist control Group. The participants who were shortlisted to the experimental group were made to practice Thoppukaranam (Super Brain Yoga) for 21 days. The enhancement of cognitive abilities was assessed on post and follow-up phases. The results revealed that a significant difference was found between before, after and follow-up phases. However, Raven s Coloured Progressive Matrices, Letter Sequencing, Number Sequencing, Number Letter Sequencing, Verbal Fluency, Design Fluency, Colour Naming, Inhibition and Switching showed a significant difference in after and follow-up phases. Likewise there was no significant difference in Motor Speed and Inhibition.
