(Oprah Winfrey) newlineThe shortage of qualified healthcare professionals in low-resource settings is a global issue. newlineThere is also a gap in implementing and understanding a successful strategy to develop newlinehealthcare professionals expertise to make sure quality healthcare service. Such shortcomings newlinerepresent the need to recognise and invest in innovative solutions and encourage healthcare newlineproviders to provide high-quality people-centred care. Many healthcare professional training newlineprograms in developing countries depend on professional preparation, systems thinking, and newlinedidactic preparation with sufficient job coaching and monitoring. However, it does not newlineeffectively allow theoretical information to be put into action or resolve barriers at the system newlinelevel. In recent studies, it is found that the post- supportive supervision coaching and mentoring newlineto be successful in enhancing learning processes, improving engagement of healthcare newlineprofessionals, and clinical performance. Healthcare institutions performance relies on efficient, newlinehighly-skilled, well-trained, motivated human resources. newlineHealthcare professionals are taking key roles for any healthcare institutions in the modern era. newlineThey also help to overcome different challenges and provide better healthcare facilities. It is newlineessential to give extra care/importance to healthcare professionals. In Odisha, there are limited newlinehealthcare facilities available as compare to its population healthcare needs. Thus, healthcare newlineprofessionals are dealings with a high rate of patients every day to deals with the need of the newlinehour. To deals with this situation, healthcare institutions provide various additional support newlinesystem to the new healthcare professionals.
