Abstract: UCaaS or Unified Communication as a Service , comprises of a potential collaborative platform, which is hosted in cloud that enables groups, which are spread in multiple dimensions and regions for enhancing suitable collaboration with one another through the technology of Video Conferencing , or potential voice-sharing and file sharing. newlineIt is essential to note that impact of COVID-19 pandemic on incorporation of UCaaS has been massive. For understanding the features, which have been potentially driving as well as are responsible for accelerating sales of UCaaS during the pandemic, this thesis is going to implement both Primary and Secondary , form of data collection, thereby carrying out a mixed research methodology for bringing out the best possible outcomes. It will concentrate on collecting primary data and information from large organizations based in India. It will be easier to understand and analyse implementation of pre pandemic as well as post pandemic situation and impact of UCaaS sales from different IT users based on large organizations in India. newlineIt is significant to note that as UCaaS comprises of different types of platforms such as webinar along with meeting-platforms, both prospects of both the platforms will be kept in mind while conducting the primary data collection . In this context, this thesis will analyse potential reasons along with aspects for implementation of UCaaS during the pandemic situation in Indian market. It will also involve interviewing employees from large organizations in India regarding influence of UCaaS on their productivity and workplace. This will bring out understanding of direct impact of UCaaS on the workplace along with the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organizational standards. newline
