In the 1990s, after liberalisation, the information technology (IT) sector contributed newlineenormously to the economy of the country. India has emerged as an important and critical newlinesource for the software development and information technology services with high added newlinevalue for many multinational companies. The recruitment process in information technology newlineindustry is going through various changes in digital era. Most of the information or data newlinecollected is available in digital format. With this available digital data most of the IT newlineorganisations are trying to optimise the recruitment process.
