dc.description.abstract | The motivation of this work lies in real life situations, wherever the queue formed. newlineIntegrated vacations model plays a crucial role in real life waiting line systems. The newlinebenefits of this study include small queue sizes, quick service, reduction in waiting newlinetime and increase system efficiency. More importantly, vacation models with newlinethreshold policy can play a major role in achieving competitive advantages through newlinequick response to customer requirement. In the increasing intense competitive newlineenvironment, working vacation has been viewed to be one of the most important newlinesources of research. Consideration of vacation interruptions also adds another newlinedimension to the vacation queueing models. Along with this it is also not explored newlinemuch in the existing literature.
