Abstract: | Women entrepreneurship is the growing sector in the country. Women entrepreneurs newlinepossess various skills which are untapped in India. There are many reasons due to which newlineall women entrepreneurs are unable to set their mark towards the development of the newlinecountry. They face a lot of problems like Family related issues, Market oriented issues, newlineand Financial Management related issues, socio cultural issues, Technological issues and newlineGrievance Issues. The purpose to dig in these problems was just to find out the strategies newlineadopted by them for solving these problems. Various strategies were taken by women newlineentrepreneurs like Marketing strategies, Financial Strategies, Pricing Strategies, Business newlineStrategies, Administrative strategies, Stability and Survival Strategies. Not only the newlinewomen entrepreneurs are trying to overcome these problems but even they get assistance newlinefrom the Government in the form of various schemes which are introduced by the newlineGovernment to reduce the financial issues of women entrepreneurs. newlineWomen Entrepreneurs even get inspirations from leading and successful women newlineentrepreneurs by reading their success stories. With the help of such stories a women newlineentrepreneur can learn how to overcome the hurdles with courage and adopt the strategies newlinefollowed by these successful women entrepreneurs. Women entrepreneurs contribute for newlinethe country s economic development and hence efforts must be taken to train them in the newlineentrepreneurial front. Women entrepreneurs should try to enhance the standards of their newlineeducation for making effective provisions for their training, practical experience and newlinepersonality development programmes. newlineWomen entrepreneurs must think about few points like mobility, financial management newlinestrategies and marketing strategies.
