dc.description.abstractFaculties are the one who are appointed by the college to share the knowledge with the students and upgrade their skills and qualities. With the change in the market scenario the expectations from these faculties have also increased. They are not only expected to share the subject knowledge but also to enhance their practical application in the real life situation. newlineHence, their performance is very critical to the overall success of the college. It is believed that if the HR management of college is well synchronized it has positive impact on the faculties performance. Like a scientific way of recruiting the faculty and placing them correctly will always help in increasing their job performance. Scheduling proper and timely FDP will further add to their skills and knowledge which not only increases their performance but also helps in enhancing job satisfaction among the faculties. All these contribute towards the overall growth of the faculties both in terms of knowledge and compensation. If the faculties perform better, it increases the organizational growth. newline newline newline
