Abstract: In women Breast Cancer is one of the most prevalent diseases and newlineknown to be a heterogeneous disorder at the molecular level. Over the past newline10 15 years, treatment concepts have emerged to take this heterogeneity into newlineconsideration, with emphasis being placed on more biologically-directed newlinetherapies and treatment de- escalation to stake back the adverse effects of newlinetreatment. Some features such as the impact of locoregional tumour burden newlineor metastatic patterns are shared and influence therapy, in spite of the newlineinherent molecular heterogeneity, which is a driving principle of modern-day newlinetreatments. newlineAim newline The present study was aimed to prepare, characterize tamoxifen citrate newlinenanosuspension, and find its anticancer potential against breast cancer cell newlineline. newlineIn the present study, our data show an increase in newlineapoptosis in the TC nanosuspension treatment group as compared with that newlineof Tamoxifen citrate group. In summary, TC nanosuspension suppressed the newlineMCF-7 proliferation and enhanced the apoptosis of cancer MCF-7 cells. newlineThese data suggest that nanosuspension may be an optimized Tamoxifen newlinecitrate delivery formulation for breast cancer therapy. newline
