Abstract: Women are more likely than men to suffer from pelvic floor muscle newlinedysfunction. They are focused on pelvic floor exercises due to the prevalence.rate of women between the ages of 15 and 64, 30% of whom seek help, newlineparticularly in community level women who are exposed to various risk newlinefactors. Many women are unable to voluntarily contract these muscles in order newlineto prevent and improve their quality of life without proper instruction. It has newlinebeen identified that more than 30% of women are unable to contract their newlinepelvic floor muscle correctly on their first visit, even after extensive individual newlineinstruction. Women must receive precise training with appropriate monitoring newlineand feedback to ensure proper contraction of the pelvic floor muscle.This study was conducted to assess the newlineeffect of modified pelvic exerciser with audio-visual response in alleviating newlineDysfunction of the pelvic floor muscles among women. It has concluded that modified pelvic exerciser newlinewith audio-visual response has greater significant of improving quality of life newlinecomparing to the conventional group. The entire research was aimed to know newlinethe effect of modified pelvic exerciser with audio-visual response comparing to newlineexisting exerciser. It shows good results in intervention group comparing to newlinecontrol group, and this study concludes that effect of modified pelvic exerciser newlinecan be prescribed for treating Dysfunction of the pelvic floor muscles among newlinewomen. newline newline
