Abstract: Immanuel Kant, the renowned Western Philosopher, deals with many valuable concepts newlinein the context of political thoughts that have been scattered in his different writings. In the newlinepresent thesis, one of the tasks is to arrange systematically but critically Kant s valuable notes newlineon political thoughts. This thesis has also examined various concepts relating to political newlinephilosophy like Enlightenment, Right, State, Sovereignty, Law, Government, International newlineRelation, Democracy, Separation of Power, Republicanism and so on, the thesis also eagers newlineto evaluate those political concepts as offered by Kant in comparison with other political newlinephilosophers. This study also inquires whether these political notions of Kant can bring newlinePerpetual Peace, the ultimate goal of Kant s Political Philosophy. newlineWith these objectives in mind, the thesis entitled, A Study of Kant s Political Philosophy: newlineSome Critical Reflections , has been divided into eight chapters. The first chapter is newlinecomposed of three sections to explore his formulation of theoretical philosophy, the roles of newlineReason in Kantian Theoretical Philosophy and Political Philosophy, finally the connection newlinebetween Kant s theoretical and Political Philosophy, newline The second chapter is studied under three major sections, critically examines Kant s newlinetheory of Moral Philosophy, his general outlook towards Political Philosophy and the newlineinterconnectivity between Kant s Moral and Political Philosophy. newline The third chapter with three sections highlights on the definition of law and its various newlinetypes from both general and the Kantian perspective and the question of whether Kant is newlineconsistent in accepting all the types of laws in his Political Philosophy or not. newline
