Abstract: The present study is an attempt to explore the dynamics of how different gender newlinebased school environments vis-à-vis, All Girls School, All Boys School and newlineCo-Educational Setups would impact the formation of attitude towards Gender Equality, newlinedevelopment of Emotional Intelligence and Psychosocial Adjustments among those newlinestudents when they start their College years. The study also aims to explore correlations, newlineif any, among these three variables as well. A Cross-Sectional research paradigm is newlineutilized. The total sample size is 600. The participants are divided in three subgroups newlinebased on their school level peers gender associations such as Male only (Mo) newlineeducational background, Female only (Fo) educational background, and Co-Educational newline(Co) background comprising of 200 respondents in each. The Co group is further be newlinedivided as male and female of 100 respondents each. The TEIQue, GEQ and SACQ newlinewere administered on the respondents. Statistical analysis shows a statistically newlinesignificant difference among the school setups with respect to the Emotional newlineIntelligence among college students. F(2,597) =73.848, p=0.000. The Turkey Post Hoc newlinealso reveals statistically significant difference among all three on the Emotional newlineIntelligence of the students. No statistically significant difference among the different newlineschool setups on attitude towards Gender Equality could be determined. A statistically newlinesignificant difference is also seen among the school setups with respect to Psychosocial newlineAdjustment of the students. F(2,597) =145.251, p=0.000. A Pearson product-moment newlinecorrelation shows a statistically significant average positive correlation between newlineEmotional Intelligence and Psychosocial Adjustment among college students (r=0.204, newlinen=600, p=0.000). The study affirms the importance of gender based educational setups newlinein the formation of attitude towards Gender Equality, development of Emotional newlineIntelligence and Psychosocial Adjustments in later years newline
