Abstract: | The former State of Jammu and Kashmir1 now a union territory has been the most debatable newlinetopic throughout the decades, the big step of abrogation of Article 370 has contributed in newlinedistributive views of whether it will lead in establishing a tyranny over the territory or will further the development of the territory. In this thesis the abrogation of Article 370 will be discussed in detail, the author will mainly focus in detail upon the status of the territory of JandK prior to abrogation and as the thesis progresses the post abrogation status along with the suggestions needed for the newly formed territory will be discussed. |
