Abstract

As the research covers crucial newlineaspect of linkages between Labor absenteeism problems in Aligarh lock industry, it newlinebecomes worthwhile to present basics of literature surrounding Aligarh lock industry newlineand absenteeism in a meaningful manner that too in context of research. Labor newlineabsenteeism is a serious issue worldwide almost in all types of businesses and Aligarh newlinelock industry is not an exception to it. In fact these problems relatively more serious newlinein small scale industry like Aligarh lock industries which are predominantly newlineunorganised in character. After being presented the general profile of Aligarh, details newlineof Aligarh lock industry in particular ace provided covering its history since its newlineinception till date.
