Abstract: The growth of health technology has not only brought paradigm shift in public newlinehealth care system but also has compelled the policy makers to regulate the socially newlinerelevant profession. In health technology system, there are several dimensions like newlineProfessional Ethics, Standardization of Health Technology, Legality of Consent, newlineRegulatory Mechanism and Judicial approach that interpose several legal questions. newlineSince the review of literatures suggest that the dimensions of health technology have newlinenot been comprehensively studied by the past researchers from legal perspective, the newlinepresent researcher has set the objectives to analyze these dimensions through empirical newlinetesting by engaging an attitudinal scale model entitled Attitude towards the Laws newlinerelating to Health Technology Systems in India (ATLRHTSI), administered to 300 newlinesamples that includes Beneficiaries ( 100) + Physicians and Health Technologist (100)+ newlineAuthorities (100).The responses were presented graphically through percentile analysis newlineand the attitudes of the samples were further put through one way ANOVA test to study newlinethe participants perceptions across Groups towards several dimensions of health newlinetechnology. The present thesis has been compartmentalized into eight chapters. newlineConforming to the projected hypotheses, the finding validates that in the newlinedimension of Ethics and Legitimacy of the Health Technology System the sample across newlinegroups show significant perceptional difference on issues relating to Abortion, Blood newlineTransfusion, Sex Determination, Commercialization of Surrogacy, Ethicality and newlineLegitimacy of Health Technology. Further, in the dimension of Standardization and newlineCertification of the Health Technology System the Participants across groups show newlinesignificant perceptional difference towards Performance of Central Drug Standard newlineControl Organization, Absence of law to regulate Standardization and Certification newlineProcess, Improper Manufacturing, Storing and Packing of Drugs, Absence of National newlineand International Certification Agency, Sentence Inadequacy
