dc.description.abstractThe role of teachers are known to be the most significant for developing the society, nation newlineand especially individuals. Teachers feed their students with knowledge. This knowledge is newlinenot limited to academic learning only but it also explores all the parameters of life. As soon newlineas the student starts learning from a teacher, it becomes the resposibility of the teacher to newlineeducate that student though all forms of learning patterns. The job of a teacher is not just to newlineteach but to prepare the student for future. newlineThe report card of a student decides the ability of not only the student but also the teacher. newlineThe behaviour of the teachers highly impact the students on emotional level which further newlineeffects their academic as well as social performance. This impact can be both positive or newlinenegative. In this study, Emotional intelligence is attempted to study so that to direct these newlineimpact in positive direction. This study target for increasing the capability of the teachers newlinebased on emotional paradigm for enhancing the performance of the students. The main newlinemotive of the study is to evaluate the impact of the teacher s emotional intelligence over the newlineperformance of student in secondary education for which 300 responses are collected in form newlineof samples with the help of 9 hypotheses and are further analyzed
