Abstract: There is a need to develop comprehensive and integrated approaches newlineto reduce the problems among individuals with diabetes mellitus. Numerous newlineliteratures suggest that laughter and a decent sense of humour is useful to newlinehealth and wellbeing. Itand#8223;s popularly believed, however but difficult to newlineempirically prove that, laughter will decrease stress, scale back anxiety, newlinedischarge tension, and increase self-esteem. The previous studies reveal that newlinelaughter will cause immediate will increase in vital sign, metabolism depth and newlineoxygen consumption, followed by a period of muscle relaxation, with a newlinecorresponding decrease in vital sign, and pressure level. Inlay terms, this can newlinebe terribly like the positive effects of exercise. Laughter and humour lower newlineblood glucose of participants. Understanding the value of a quantitative newlineapproach to answer the objectives laid down, the investigator identified that a newlinequantitative research approach will be more suitable to quantify the need for newlinethe intervention. There is a lot of anecdotal evidenceand#8223; from nurses and folks to support newlinehumour and laughter as therapy. However, there are less analysis to support newlinespecific humour or laughter interventions as useful within the short or future newlinewithin the clinical atmosphere. Humour and laughter are exciting and newlineinnovative tools for nursing care. They have several effects that might prove newlinebeneficialfor different nursing and medical conditions and have the extra newlineadvantage of being adaptable to most situation. A lot of clinical analysis of newlinehumour and laughter therapy is needed before its applicable use. newline
