dc.description.abstract | Many working persons in a given environment have a definite degree newlineof stress. When stress is continued for a long time, the problem becomes newlinesubstantial. The individuals in teaching field are experts. They choose the newlineprofession and subsequently get professionalised. The teaching has been newlinestructured in a way that there is an overload and acute time pressure.The burnout dimension was explained by teacherand#8223;s competence to newlinemanage with student disruptive behaviour. The burned out teacherand#8223; suffer newlinefrom emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced sense of personal newlineaccomplishment. Emotional exhaustion refers to feeling of being emotionally newlineoverextended. The environmental stressors are the social relationship of the newlineteachers with students, co-workers, management and the organizational newlineworking circumstances. Due to environmental stressors the teachers quality of newlinelife is challenged and leads to physiological problems. Nursing strategies newlineshould be practiced among stressed people and treatment effectiveness newlineshould be assessed. Hence, there is a requirement for nursing stress newlinemanagement intervention and its impact on teacherand#8223;s environment. This study newlineis required for the school teachers to improve the quality of life and reduce the newlineprofessional stress. newlineFor the promotion of a positive mindset and create a feeling of well newlinebeing for the teachers, meditation, prayer and other relaxation strategies are newlineimportant. Nursing strategies intervention is a simple way of relating all newlineexperience that can reduce suffering and set the positive personal newlineinformation. Nursing strategies intervention may improve the ability to tolerate newlinethe negative emotional state and cope with them immediately. Moreover, newlinenursing strategies interventions techniques is cost effective with no side newlineeffects and would be helpful to control blood glucose level, blood pressure, newlineserum albumin, serum cholesterol, salivary cortisol and reduce burnout, stress newlineand would improve the quality of life. newline | |
