The study on marine fishermen, who work on trawler type mechanized fishing boats for livelihood was confined to the period from 2012 to early 2020. The researcher has adopted quantitative deductive approach by employing IBM SPSS version 21.0 for statistical analysis of primary data to draw results. The researcher has confirmed normality of parametric statistics using the criteria suggested by George and Mallery. During diminutive component of qualitative analysis in inductive approach, Modified Classic Delphi Technique and Grounded Theory were employed for data collected from five community leaders of marine fishermen. The qualitative study supplemented and further validated results of quantitative study. The researcher has tested hypotheses by employing Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS version 20 and One-way ANOVA. | |
