As there are heightened stress and strain in Indian women, cases of newlinePIH has drastically increased. This is one among the deadly triad in newlinepregnancies resulting in maternal and fetal morbidities and newlinemortalities.Placental examination will help to identify the aetiologies and newlinepathological processes which result in adverse outcome and improving the newlinemanagement in subsequent pregnancies. This will also help in neonatal newlineperinatal health care, assessment of factors contributing to poor pregnancy newlineoutcomes in the context of resolving mediocolegal issues. In case of newlinehypertension placental angiogenesis is of critical importance. To understand newlinethe structural changes it will help the obstetricians and pathologists. It will also newlinehelp in diagnosis, prediction also for the treatment of PIH in future.Knowing newlinethe microscopic and the macroscopic structure of placenta and the shift in the newlineangiogenic factors. The structure of placenta can help in the effective management, to develop new strategies to prevent pregnancy complications. It newlinewill also improve the maternal health and the fetal outcome. This studies newlinereported in literature had limited sample size regarding the angiogenic newlinemarkers in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and very few studies in newlineliterature regarding the expression of NRP 1 in placentas. newline
