To fulfill the needs of the people of any country, the government of those countries is newlineresponsible for it. The government can be of any kind like a Parliamentary system of newlinegovernment, the Presidential system of government, etc. But one thing that is common in all newlineof these is the administration. There is hardly any aspect of life, which is not being provided newlineby one or more governmental agencies. newlineThere is a strong thrust for quality improvement and the upgrading of education in the newlinedeveloping countries. Education has been globally recognized as a fundamental human right newlineand people through education or with access to education can develop skills, abilities and newlineconfidence to secure other rights. newlineThe key focus of this thesis is the role of administration in the provision of the right to newlineeducation (RTE) in Varanasi city.
