Abstract: There is a need to carry out radiographic analysis and evaluate the newlineankle joint instability. Simultaneously, serum calcium and thyroid levels are newlineinfluencing the stability of the joint compartment. There is a requirement that a newlinestudy of this will support the appropriate evaluation of all relevant parameters newlinefor a treatment. This will help the people to gain knowledge on the nutritional newlinestatus. Surgical intervention can also be planned to stabilise the joint newlinecompartment. The aim of this study is to find the levels of serum calcium, thyroid newlinehormones and osseous configuration in relation to ankle joint instability. This study is carried out with radiographic analysis and evaluates newlinethe ankle joint instability. Additionally, the role of serum calcium and thyroid newlinelevel in influencing the stability of the joint compartment has also been newlineevaluated. This study will support the appropriate evaluation of all relevant newlineparameters before proceeding with the treatment. This would also help the newlineindividuals to gain knowledge on the nutritional status and calcium and thyroid newlinesupplementation can be given. Surgical intervention can also be planned to newlinestabilise the joint compartment by strengthening and balance training newlineprogrammes. newline
