Abstract: The evolution of sexual reproduction in animals remains a fascinating riddle in the field of biology. The domination of sexual reproduction in nature is to create substantial variation among the members of a population which, in fact is achieved by producing varied forms of gametes. Sex ratios are among the most basic parameters in the sexually reproducing dioecious forms and provide an indication of relative survival of females and males and their future breeding potential in the population. newline
