Abstract: | Training is a key factor in organizational performance; organizations of any newlinekind cannot survive without good and effective training programs. Since the newlinequality of Human Resource is an asset to any organization and ultimately newlinetraining is an unavoidable requirement for any organization and therefore every newlineorganization has to be faced by every organization. The amount, and quality of newlinetraining carried out varies enormously from organization to organization due to newlinefactors such as the requirement of the organization to face external challenges newlinelike new process , new government policies , internal needs of the employees , newlinethe adaptability of existing workforce and most importantly what the newlineorganization needs is very important . Most organizations meet their needs for newlinetraining in an ad hoc and haphazard way whiles others set about identifying their newlinetraining needs, then design training activities in a rational manner and finally newlineassess the results of training. But this study is carried out to find out whether newlinetraining and development is done to enhance employee engagement and newlineenrichment to ensure that training and development is not done based on adhoc newlinebasis rather it should be done through a process. |
