Abstract: Now a day s some of counties stopped the production of diesel vehicles the countries are; Japan, UK, German, India and so., Biodiesel from watermelon seed oil (WSO) had a lot of appeal and could be a different alternative to diesel without any mechanical modifications. This will help protect the environmental status of crude oil in oil imports, which is expected to increase by 82% by 2020. The watermelon biodiesel blends were tested in diesel engine without any modification blends reveals the better performance and emissions were observed. Five set of watermelon biodiesel blend samples are prepared such as B20, B40, B60, B80 and B100. Properties of watermelon seed oil blends are find out as per standards and compared to diesel fuel. Testing is carried out to analyze the performance and emission characteristics of diesel engine fuelled with various blends of Watermelon biodiesel. The observation of testing fuels are conducted on kirloskar single cylinder water cooled constant speed direct injection diesel engine with eddy current dynamometer. The engine parameter such as injection timing 23° bTDC and injection pressure 210 bars were maintained constant throughout the experiment. From the test results, it might be observed that among different blends B20 blend showed optimum performance and emission results compared with the neat diesel. newlineThe research study, performance and emission analysis of a single cylinder diesel engine is fuelled blends of B20 and diesel. The B20 is taken as standard biodiesel blend from the previous research. The nanoparticles is added in the proportions of 20 PPM, 40 PPM and 60 PPM are mixed with the B20 [20% of Watermelon Seed Oil (WSO) and 80% of Diesel]. After the mixing of additives with a ultrasonicator for 30 minutes for each and every samples B20 with 20PPM, 40PPM and 60 PPM of additives. From the sample fuels, we get the best formed fuel from these samples A or sample B or sample C. The B20 with addition gets the better performance for compare to B20. The performance are brake ther
