| dc.description.abstract | This thesis determines non-international armed conflicts: challenges and perspectives in the light of international humanitarian law. Qualitative doctrinal research will be undertaken to analyse content and application of the pertinent legal instruments, namely Common Article 3 and Additional Protocol (APII).
