dc.description.abstractSocial entrepreneurship is the process of discovering a dedicated leader with a vision and newlineresolve to persist in the face of overwhelming odds is needed to recognize and solve large-scale newlinesocial problems. Ultimately, by opening up new pathways for the oppressed and vulnerable, newlineand unlocking the full capacity of society to affect positive transformation, social entrepreneurs newlineare motivated to make a concrete impact. This research focuses to uncover the hidden truths newlinebehind the journey of social entrepreneurs in the city of Bengaluru. The study helps to newlineunderstand the areas of entrepreneurial explored , the varied target group who are the newlinebeneficiaries and customers, the strategies used to promote and market their innovative newlineproducts and services, the makeover in different scales of the business, the competition faced newlinein the process to achieve goals, the risk management techniques incorporated by them to sustain newlinein the market, the support provided by government and financial institutions, the overall newlinecontribution to the community. The study being a case study based approach, each entrepreneur newlineis unique in their way of envisioning the organisation objectives and the impact it creates in newlineachieving such goals. The study brings into consensus of understanding that the role of social newlineentrepreneurship to create social change is mediated by the mediating factor social entrepreneur newlineand his characteristic features. However, to bring about a social change the intervention of newlinesocial entrepreneur between social entrepreneurship the process and the final outcome the newlinesocial change is very significant. newline
