Abstract: Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is the most commonly recognized technique for enhancing newlinethe process and quality of healthcare by combining with six sigma methodologies to minimize the costs, medical mistakes and expectations. An agile healthcare strategy will allow organizations to provide reliable, personalized and standard services on a basis of cost-optimization basis. In order to incorporate LSS and agility, the management of the healthcare system needs to understand the processes and how to prepare the whole newlineorganization for changes. Organizational changes are becoming increasingly important newlinein the current healthcare environment to address the needs and challenges faced by the newlineorganization. Organizational factors such as managerial support, resource allocation, newlineproper preparation and tracking of the progress reports on improvements can affect with an effective phase of change implementation. Organizational readiness would increase the commitment for change practice, organization s efficiency and overcoming the resistance for change. The purpose of the research is to focus on the analyzing organizational readiness to implement LSS and agility in healthcare organization. Identifying and understanding newlinethe relationship of readiness factors that contribute to organizational change, LSS and newlineagility in hospital and the hierarchy of factors for the whole system. The readiness level is to be measured for implementing organizational change, LSS and agility in a hospital. The successful implementation of LSS and agility requires a special attention on organizational readiness which helps to understand the organization, the current situation and the employee resistance for change. Thus, organizational readiness is studied in detail by identifying the factors with their interrelationships and evaluating the current readiness level of the hospital. Total Interpretive Structural Modelling (TISM) is used for modelling and structuring the factors in order to better understand the relations between these variables. ..
