Long Term Evolution (LTE) is currently the fastest type of wireless network. The LTE system must be optimized for the packet-switch domain. It uses Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) as one of the key technologies to achieve the required peak data rate. In this research work, the uncoded 8 x 8 MIMO systems for the Vertical Bell Laboratories Space- Time Architecture (V-BLAST) with Zero Forcing (ZF) detector and the ZF detector are compared in the fading Channel. Comparison of these recipients is done based on the Bit Error Rate (BER), which shows that V-BLAST with ZF performs significantly better than ZF. This work focuses on the V- BLAST technique with MIMO technology followed by receiver detection techniques such as ZF and Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) followed by alternative Symbol Interference Cancellation (SIC). newline newlineThe fundamental objectives for LTE were to increase uplink and downlink peak data rates, scalable bandwidth, improved spectral efficiency and increment in a client capacity. These requirements are met with the development of the Multiuser MIMO (MU-MIMO) based LTE uplink interface and another all IP level design with advanced bundle center. In this exhibition, analysis of MU-MIMO is completed by using LTE-Advanced newline newline newline newline newline(LTE-A) uplink. This research work manages investigations dependent on the exhibition analysis correlation of Turbo coded MU-MIMO in LTE-A systems utilizing ZF, MMSE recipient, tap delay channel models like Vehicular A (Veh-A) and Vehicular B (Veh-B). newline newlineThis research work focuses on the design of large MIMO detection techniques, which can achieve improved BER performance compared to inexpensive computationally complex lattice reduction assist detectors. Large MIMO systems in 8 x 8, 16 x 16, and 32 x 32 are considered configurations with different correlation scenarios, including interconnected, low, medium and high correlation channels. This work focuses on developing techniques tailored to different coding constellation. In addition, it explores the metaheuristics and machine lear
