Abstract: Expanding current cellular systemand#8223;s capabilities for providing enhanced services like bank transactions, wireless video services, e- mail, wireless facsimile etc., is a major goal of personal communication service. In future, fifth generation (5G) personal communication system, which affords the capability of service enriched high data rate communication with anyone, anywhere and at anytime across the globe. High data rate may be offered by future generation wireless networks and they may support different multimedia services like video, data and voice to outdoor vehicular mobile users with large bandwidth and flexibility. Most powerful air interface used in recent days is, Multi Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA) system and received lot of attention. MC-CDMA is used in next generation broadband mobile communication systemand#8223;s reverse link. Spreading sequence having low cross correlation is selected for mitigating multiple access interference effect. Without enhancing system resources, capacity enhancement can be provide by multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system as a chaotic spreading sequences impact to be for MIMO MC- CDMA. Different challenges related to management, control and analysis of wire line and wireless communication networks are raised because of its distributed nature. In network research, major issues include system resourceand#8223;s fair allocation, decentralized control mechanism development and userand#8223;s selfish nature. In order to get deep knowledge about this complex systems and problems, game theory techniques are used increasingly. In context of power control, routing, congestion control, flow control and internet pricing, game theory newline newline newline newlinemodels are used specifically. In security applications also, it has been used in recent days. Performance can be enhanced further using a distributed NPGP MIMO MC-CDMA system with various modulation techniques. For the system carrying wireless data, spectral efficient communication is analyzed using MIMO MC-CDMAand#8223;s performance wi
