Abstract: Protein aggregation is the phenomenon of generic tendency among proteins, and its exact newlinemechanism is still not deciphered. Accumulation of protein aggregates in the cells of various newlineorgans of our body have been observed to be associated with the various physiological diseases newlineand neurodegenerative diseases. There are various differences among these disease especially in newlinetheir clinical epidemiology, anatomical areas which are influenced by these disease and the type newlineof cells which are influenced in these disease. However, there are also various characteristic newlinefeatures sharing by these disease which are very common, among these common features newlineformation of protein aggregates are the most prominent feature associated with these diseases. newlineThere are lack of effective therapeutic molecules in tackling these diseases due to the lack of newlineeffective diagnostic tool which can detect these diseases early before their irreversibly damage. newlineThe mechanism associated with the protein aggregation and associated diseases is very complex newlineand complicated, consisting of various microscopic phases or events. These microscopic steps are newlinefunctioning on different timescales during the course of aggregation. There is an exciting strategy newlinewhich involves use of molecular inhibitors against the aggregation. These molecular modulators newlineor inhibitors are formulated selectively to target various kinds of aggregate species including newlinemature amyloid fibrils, amorphous aggregates, or intermediate oligomeric species. Thus, these newlineinhibitors are interfering with particular microscopic aggregation stages. So it is very challenging newlineto formulate the efficient therapeutic strategy against these fatal human complications. So it is very newlinechallenging to formulate the efficient therapeutic strategy against these fatal human complications. newlineMoreover, promoting and halting the protein aggregation in an in vitro conditions is also a vital newlineapproach in order to understand the different features of protein aggregation and their associated newlinediseases.
