Abstract: Learning gives new knowledge, personality development, Technical Skills newlineand expertise to the individuals in the selected field of study. At workplace learning is newlineimportant in order to compete with the new age technology solutions. No technology is newlinepermanent in the business and no individual is competent and expert in all the new newlineknowledge and resources. Hence, training and learning are two continuous activities in newlinethe industry. Training focuses more on equipping the employees to develop on technical newlineskills rather on soft skills. In majority of the cases, training is mandatory in nature. newlineLearning is a self realised and initiated activity based on the personal interest and newlineorganisation motivation. Learning helps to improve the individual s skills in terms of newlinecommunication, attitude, interpersonal relationships and life skills newline
