Abstract: The Concept Attainment Model of Teaching was developed by J.S. Bruner, J. newlineGoodrow and George Austine in 1956. It belong to a major family of models i.e. Information newlineProcessing Family of Models of teaching which develops the cognitive aspect of students newlinebehaviour. The Concept Attainment Model is a teaching strategy to facilitate the learning of newlineconcepts. In this model involves the presentation of positive and negative examples of newlineconcepts to students. Teacher present labeled examples in yes or no form and arranged from newlinesimple to more difficult. The students compare the attributes of positive and negative newlineexamples and identifying common attributes of positive examples. On the basis of these newlineattributes, they formulate and reformulate hypotheses with regards to the naming of the newlineconcept newline
