Abstract: newlineCloud computing provides services from Internet through web based tools and application, instead of relying on a direct communication through the server. Cloud computing offers new norms for every sector of the society and becomes new strategic weapon in enterprise computing. Cloud offers way to utilize Information Technology hardware and software investment, by providing movement to applications, storage capability, software development environment, infrastructure and security. On demand provisioning, pay per usage, agility and elastic scalability are the main features of Cloud computing. Service Oriented Architecture is an architectural approach to address the existing Information Technology resources as sets of services. When there is a need for IT service such as software service/hardware service, discover the required service and use it, for that we need not own or host the same, which is more cost effective. Ultimately Cloud computing takes each internet asset as a service to user, such as infrastructure service, software service, hardware service, storage service, security service etc. Service Oriented Architecture can integrate various services and provide a new solution. Service Oriented Architecture is software designing model and methodology. Service Oriented Architecture is realized through webservice, which is one of the implementation of Service Oriented Architecture. Webservice is a software technology which is used to provide automatic communication between web-based applications. The standardized technologies of webservice are Extensible Markup Language, Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, Simple Object Access Protocol, Web Service Definition
