Abstract: | Evolution of human and society has been scripted by the various newlinescientists and scholars in their different research publications which narrates a newlinelong story and shows different pictures. Despite various differences in the newlinetheories and ideas there are some common points can be highlighted in each newlinescript are the human society was open which come to a closed society by newlineseveral factors and controls. Police System is one of them which makes control newlineof the society saves the interests of people and punishes the culprits. This way, newlinePolice system is a formal system in India to maintain the peace, implement law newlineand order, safety of properties of people and many more. newlineIn the hierarchical and organisational working structure Police has a dual newlineresponsibility in its functioning. Firstly, Police personnel are responsible for the newlinecompliance with their duties towards the department and, as well as they have newlinealso to perform specific tasks under the direction of the administrative officers. newlineAlong with social change, the traditional role of the Police has also changed. As newlinethe society formed role of Police has changed for both public and private sectors, newlineresulting they are forced to comply with their duties in the changed social newlinestructure and environment with the feudal policing of British era. newline |
