Abstract: Post menopause is major reproductive risk factor in the development of breast cancer. Breastfeeding is a significant factor which strongly decreases the risk of breast cancer. Obesity is not a significant risk factor, but it will definitely increase the risk of breast during postmenopausal. newlineAmong dietary factors, eating frequency of three times daily, refined oil and hotel visit will increase the risk of breast cancer. Then, the frequent intake of fruits, vegetables, dairy products; non-veg items and homemade food may reduce the risk of breast cancer. newlinePhysical inactivity strongly associated with risk of breast cancer. newlineDM and HTN, both comorbid conditions are significantly associated with increased risk of breast cancer. newlineThis study result was evident that the presence of comorbidities is an obstacle for the improvement of the health status in breast cancer patients and gives a negative outcome by reducing estimated survival rates and performance status. newlineAlso, the drugs for the management of comorbidities could have related interaction problems with the prescribed antineoplastic agents. newlineHealth care professionals have to be aware of comorbid conditions before they start the management of cancer and the information can be included in the daily evaluation sheet in patients with breast cancer in order to give personalized therapy for better treatment outcomes and quality of life. newlineTamoxifen or Letrozole and Trastuzumab are used in the treatment of breast cancer based newline on the presence of ER, PR and HER-2 receptors respectively. newlineFinally, Post menopause stage is crucial period to develop breast cancer which could be modifiable through lifestyle changes starts with reducing BMI, avoiding hormone therapy and more physical activity. Again, women should aware of the importance of more breastfeeding will decrease the risk of breast cancer, particularly for TNBC. The study outcome stated that women should aware of the advanced stage of breast cancer which has no treatment options because of absence of tissue markers like ER. newline
