Abstract: Understanding the concepts of programming forms a base of good exposure to the studies of computer related domains. This understanding demands the an in-depth knowledge of the program language(s), the features and functionalities of the programming language, the various possible variations available regarding the features of the programming language, importance of one feature over other, the situations in which a particular feature is better than other, the different mechanism to use an applicable and appropriate feature, the contextual relation of the language feature with the domain of implementation and providing good feedback to the learner and the user also forms the base to excel in the domain of computer science. The most crucial part to get aware of the understanding of a learner is to assess the work performed by him. This assessment is not limited to the correctness and completeness of the work, rather it is more correlated with understanding and knowledge when is assessed in a qualitative manner. This qualitative assessment requires to evaluate a variety of aspects from the work performed by the learner. newlineIn the prevailing scenario, most of such qualitative assessment is done manually by subject experts. This manual assessment is quite well known, well observed and quite saturated in terms of correctness of the assessment process. But on the contrary, the manual assessment process is quite time consuming and can be deviated from correct reporting when influenced band#1113089; bias generated due to the eand#1113090;pertand#1113091;s choice, the comfort level of the expert and above all the preferences of the expert in terms of the targeted domain of assessment. newline
