Abstract: x newlineABSTRACT newlineThe architectural Venustas (beauty/ aesthetics/ attractiveness) is always considered an newlineimportant attribute along with Firmitas (firmness) and Utilitas (usefulness). Since newlinepursuing beauty is one of architect s primary role, aesthetics; the discourse of beauty, newlinecannot be excluded from architectural education. Along with many paradigms shifts newlinein various time periods; it is important to notice that definition of aesthetics takes newlinechanging explanations! The Reformation / Renaissance saw the rebirth of various newlineconsiderations those were pertinent. Each period has made its manifestation in newlinearchitectural expressions., The focus of first industrial age was for the requirement of newlinemachinery and mechanization in production as well as in construction, whereas in newlinesecond Industrial Revolution; mass consumerism, standardisation and mass newlineproduction were the key words in the domain of practice and academics where newlinePerformance and efficiency play central roles. Further, boredom from mass newlineproduction led to the emergence of post-modernism. In future, architecture is getting newlineready for mass consumerism, online transfer of buildings in terms of electronic files newlineand 3-D printing enabling mass customization. However, scholarly discussions that newlineinclude aesthetic education and explanatory theory are lacking and scanty to find. It is newlineimportant to find an appropriate definition and the contributing factors and newlineparameters, for the creation of Performing Aesthetics that emphasizes on the enhanced newline worth and value for money, which are the essential focus of the current scenario newlineacross the globe. This Thesis is about finding an innovative approach for developing newlinean Architecture Design Syllabus which generates aesthetically enriched newlineproductions keeping the existing five-year CoA accredited frame work in B. Arch newlineacademic program. newline
