Abstract: Wireless networks have come up as the subjects of extensive research in recent past. Interests in these areas are generated by their ability of providing instant connectivity of wireless networks in the region where fixed infrastructures are not possible and are cost effective or infeasible to deploy. One of the main objectives in wireless network is to improve overall network throughput while retaining low power utilization for Data processing and communication. Wireless network throughput is low due to the random nature of wireless link combined with QoS-based applications. Medium access control are commonly used on these network to achieve the objective of high throughput. In primitive methods to improve the quality of service in wireless network, power optimized algorithms were used. These methods have been developed in a basic approach, where the optimization process algorithm runs in each node to minimize energy consumption and uses the status of link node to improve the network performance. Where these techniques are focused on the basic node operation, full distribution network is not considered. These algorithms are focused to enhance the quality metrics of independent nodes in a communicating network. In the case of distributed network, node optimization may not be sufficient to ensure overall network performance. To achieve the overall performance in the network, algorithms working in a simple and effective manner were developed taking into account the level inference for nodes and links to improve the accuracy of assessment. Three new algorithms are proposed to achieve the goal of quality of service in wireless network. Link power optimization, power management algorithm, an BER model is developed for a distributed network. To reduce the link blocking probability, interference margin, packet collisions and throughput improvement. Proposed optimization algorithm is performed for DSR and AODV routing schemes in wireless networks.
