dc.description.abstractThe present doctoral thesis work mainly focuses on the synthesis of series of new, practical, and newlineeconomic palladium-based heterogeneous nanocatalysts in quantitative yields. The structure of newlinethe synthesized nanocatalysts were analysed using ATR-IR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, ICP-OES, FE-SEM, newlineEDS, HR-TEM, p-XRD, TG-DTA, XPS, VSM, NMR, single crystal XRD and BET surface area newlineanalytical techniques. The catalytic potential of the newly developed nanocatalysts were studied newlinein various organic transformations such as Suzuki-Miyaura, Mizoroki-Heck, denitrogenative newlinecross-coupling reactions and also in catalytic reduction of toxic pollutants under environmentally newlinesustainable reaction conditions. In addition, we also discussed about the recycling efficiency of newlineall the nanocatalysts in corresponding organic transformations. newline
