Design and development of kano lean Fmea model for feed products

Abstract

As Agro industry is very competitive, it is indispensable to establish the market with right pricing an dright quality. This makes quality of design of feed product as an important problem. In this research an attemptwas made to develop and construct the quality of agro (feed) products. newlineUsing Kano Lean and FMEA model. To ensure quality improvement offered products three important quality models namely Kano, Lean and FMEA havebeen developedand implementedin a leading agro based manufacturing industry in India. The KLF model was implemented and validated in a feedmill. The integration and validation of these models were carried out in astage wise manner.
