A study on fuzzy D continuous functions and fuzzy D super continuous functions

Abstract

The fuzzy concept has invaded almost all branches of mathematics ever since the introduction of fuzzy sets by L.A Zadeh in 1965. Fuzzy sets have applications in many fields such as information and control. The theory of fuzzy topological spaces was introduced and developed by C.L. Chang in 1968 and he also studied the fuzzy continuity in fuzzy topology. Since then various notions in classical topology have been extended to fuzzy topological spaces by C.K.Wong (1974), R. Lowen (1976), R.H. Warren(1974). Stronger forms of continuity in fuzzy topology have been introduced and studied by many fuzzy topologists M.K.Mukherjeeand S.P. Sinha(1989), R.Prasadet al.(1994) V.Seenivasan and G. Balasubramaniam (2006). In the classical topology the concepts of D-continuous functions, D- regular spaces and D-Hausdorff spaces introduced and studied by J.K.Kohli in 1992. He also introduced andstudied the concepts of D- Super continuous functions in 2001. Now we have to extend these concepts to fuzzy topological spaces. newline
