Abstract: | In this competitive environment, every sector like manufacturing, production, service oriented, distribution etc seek an effective method to earn more revenue by proper utilization of the available resources. In health care sector, large amount of total expenditure is utilized by the pharmaceutical department for procurement of drugs and stock maintenance. The inefficient utilization of drugs and shortages not only affect the financial resources, but also affects the patients significantly and even leads to spare their life. So, the main objective of all pharmacies is to provide high level of service to patients at an affordable price. newline |
