Abstract: Workplace is a place or a physical location where every employee spends his/her one-third of their adult lives for earning his livelihood. Production place or a workplace is a place where an employee is required to accomplish the allocated job assigned to him in an effective and efficient manner with necessary skill, knowledge and experience. Therefore, it is impractical to have a workplace without issues or conflicts. Hence, it is clear that employees with all above differences working at one place are the sources of workplace issues. newlineWorkplace issues arise from different sources of working environment which are connected to role conflicts, working conditions, politics in organization, behavior of employees, communication channels, recruitment of employees, and employee development and promotion, which enhances productivity, performance and growth of organization. newlineDue to global business competition, each and every manufacturing company is with a novel idea of cutting down their operational cost by employing different categories of employees in their production process as a measure of cost cutting. Cost cutting means downsizing permanent employee and by strengthening temporary employees, apprenticeship type of employees to create flexible workforce. Hence, this strategic decision of management is to minimize cost of manpower by having different categories of employment which in certain gives birth to workplace issue. newline newline
