Abstract: | A hotel is a commercial establishment providing lodging, meals, and other guest services. newlineThe Indian Hotel Industry is growing at a fast pace. The Indian hospitality industry has emerged newlineas one of the key industries driving the growth of the services sector and, there by the Indian newlineeconomy. The hotel industry is diverse enough for people to work indifferent areas of interest newlineand still be employed within the hotel industry. This trend is not just in India, but also globally. newlineModern hotels provide refined services to their guests.This study mainly focused on problems newlineassociated with consumer s satisfaction for giving excellent services. My Final conclusion on newlinebasis of this investigation, effects of modernization, Hotel industries are always ready to accept newlinenew business technique for fulfill the expectations of consumers. This study discusses the newlineliterature review from the variety of sources to establish the essence of Hotel Industry in India newlineand its dynamics in twenty first century. newlineThe aim of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of customers towards hotels, in newlineMarathwada region. Satisfaction is measured based on quality and taste, cleanliness, neatness, newlineparking facility, availability of space, etc. To have the statistical data for this study is to report newlinethe finding and analyze the result of the surveyfrom Marathwada Region.The efficiency of the newlinecustomer satisfaction is held in esteem for the success of a hotel functioning. Well-organized newlinemanagement, sincere human resource and high-quality system together can satisfy the customers. newlineAchievement of hotel industry depends on the satisfaction of customers firstly identity the needs newlineof the customers and providethat services according to the needs in Marathwada. From the newlineexhaustive study of different factors of function of a hotel we found that majority of the newlinecustomers are satisfied from Marathwada Region newline |
