Abstract: The underlying principle of this study is to investigate the relationship between Motivation and Student Engagement, Spiritual Intelligence and Student Engagement. There is no doubt that the educational sector across the globe struggles severely to ensure that the student acquires a more consistent information and knowledge instead of the transmission of certain information to the students. Though the research about intelligence has been concentrated on its cognitive elements including memory and problemsolving; these days its non-cognitive aspects including emotional and spiritual newlineability have been touched by a larger number of researchers. Students engagement in different levels and universities is being impacted by numerous individuals and educational factors as well. Defining proper criterions and factors are the basis for potential research. The statistical population of the current study included 523 valid respondents in total; the collection of primary data has been availed through the distribution of questionnaires to the target respondents through an online survey data collection tool. As predicted, in the study, there exists a significant relationship between the factors involving spiritual intelligence, motivation and student engagement newline newline
